I am a supplementary card holder and my dad is the main card holder. Since he collects all the points can he sign into his account to book a flight for me (put my details down) so we can use points? Or can he only use the points since it’s on his account?
Been flying with Porter for years and never had an issue.
Got the BMO World Elite MC as I mainly fly Porter and due to its benefits fits my criteria. Here's the frustrating part. When I call Porter I don't get access to my Priority call centre "ahead of the line" perk as no verification was provided to see what my status was. Plus, between my phone and my significant others phone (not a VIPORTER member) we both got quoted the same time. When I finally connected to an agent 2 hours later, he said nothing could be done due to the new system and things are being "worked on"
He told me to provide feedback and the only way I am able to on the website is if I have an existing reservation for post-flight feedback. Frustrating considering I had questions (which is why I called) about a future purchase for flights, hence the information given to me was not correct.
I'm not sure why they offer this when it does not work. I miss the old system which verified your status
