So sad- my elderly phyllium phillippicum has dropped 3 of her legs. I don't know what to do for her

Hi all, i have an elderly phyllium phillippicum that keeps dropping legs. When I got her, she was missing one, but that was about 6 months ago. Shes weak, and kept falling, dropped another leg, so I transferred her out to a 'hospice' tank with leaves i change out, paper towel, so she can still have access to food and not keep falling. (I am also misting this enclosure and its about 60% humidity)

This was about 2 weeks ago and im honestly astonished she's still with me.

I found she dropped a 3rd leg now and only has the two front ones and a single back one. (No middle ones).

I don't know what to do here. I didn't think she'd make it 2 more weaks. Is it inhumane to keep her alive? What can I do here?

(Picture is from 2 weeks ago when I transferred her to her own enclosure. )
