What’s your favorite hair oil or serum? Looking to replace my Olaplex No 7

Added a reference pic of my hair! It’s naturally straight, and I don’t style it much beyond drying it or occasionally doing a blowout. I use Redken All Soft shampoo and conditioner and Olaplex No 7 Bonding Oil, The oil is okay, but I haven’t loved it enough to automatically repurchase

It’s almost finished, so I’m considering Kerastase Elixir Ultime, Moroccanoil Treatment, or another bottle of Olaplex. What do you use and love? Open to other oils or serums too!

What’s your all time favorite matte red lipstick?

I’ve always loved MAC Ruby Woo, but I’d love to explore some more recommendations especially reds that are truly matte, and look gorgeous without being overly drying!

Missed submitting STEM OPT 18 month validation report

My 18-month STEM OPT validation report was due on July 21, 2026, and I unfortunately missed the deadline. It is currently showing as “Past Due” in the SEVP Portal.

I contacted my university’s ISSS office by email and phone and submitted the validation report today. They replied:
“There’s nothing else required from your end. It will be considered past due but it will be processed for our records. You will receive an email once it is done.”

I’m a little scared because my H-1B has already been filed by my employer, and I’m worried whether this late validation could cause an RFE or affect my H-1B approval. I know I’m probably thinking of the worst case scenarios, and I definitely should have set reminders for this. 😭

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Did the late validation cause any issues for you ? Any experiences would be really helpful. Thank you!
