I feel like I understand she doesn’t like Conrad but trying to rush your friend from grieving isn’t going to help. Like she’s not listening to her at all. I feel like she doesn’t give her the best advice either but also obviously it’s from a teens perspective. I just feel like she should be more accepting of Belly’s feelings and not minimize them. I hope it gets better as they say the books are always different from the shows. Mind you I have seen the shows but it’s my first time reading the books.. bear with me. 🐻

I am so confused. I understand what's happening but it's a bit all over the place. Maybe I am missing some parts?? But it doesn't say when she broke up with Cam. All I know is that one day she and Cam hung out and next thing I know she was kissing Conrad for the first time?? Am I missing something??? I believe this happened in Book 1 but it's continued in Book 2 that's why I am so confused. And ALSO TAYLOR LIKES JEREMIAH??? OMGG that threw me for a loop. So far, I think the show is better. But also, I really like the books!
