Hi veteran teachers! Happy summer! I hope you are galavanting, sleeping in, and doing all things Joy!

I am switching from ECSE (preschool SPED) to 3rd-5th self-contained. I am excited for the change and challenge, and as the title says- I need help!
I am experienced with using slides to guide my day, and I am well versed in individualized work baskets, etc. What is new is the age group, obviously, and the structure of a full day versus 2 half day sessions . Would anyone feel able to share any of the following templates with me:

-google slides for daily/weekly schedule
-para/student schedule (I will have 2 paras, 8-9 students)
-work basket structure for this age band group
-classroom layout ideas / what are your defined areas?

Specifically SPED! I am interviewing this week and would like to hear how SPED teachers feel. Do you generally feel ok about the sped department? How are PD offerings? Is there any stipend?
