Mullets and the reserves

Just received notification of my interview there, and the thought entered my mind about my hair. I've got a pretty good mullet going currently and I was wondering if (given the regulations easing up in the last few years) I'd have to give it the chop. Not the worst thing in the world and I'd probably find out soon enough, but still curious. How much did they actually ease up on mens' hairstyles besides beards and the likes? Would a fella get away with a shorter mullet not touching the collar?

Moving to California with an Irish degree in agriculture. Feasible?

I recently visited California and America for the first time, after years of hoping and praying I'd get to see it in my lifetime, and absolutely fell in love with it. I'm wondering if it would be feasible to me job and income-wise to find a life for myself in the region? I'm looking to go back to college and get a degree in agriculture and hopefully a career in cattle, but I'm hesitant on whether or not Irish cattle farming would relate to farming in California, and if I'd struggle to find work for that reason. Would my degree hold up and would I be able to find work that could sustain a life for me in NorCal? Speaking to those who may be in a similiar career, but I understand my circumstances may be a bit niche lol. What has been your experience and would the life be enough to support a single guy, 20s, moving to an entirely new world on his own? Particularly focuses on income and the cost of living in the area.

This would honestly be a dream come true and I'm dedicated to getting there, but any input would be super appreciated. Thanks!
