Imperial tap spindle?
I'm trying to remove this tap spindle to replace washer.
20mm has too much play (feels like it will round off) and 19mm won't fit over the diameter of the spindle.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Hey all,
We've been quoted 4k to dig up 1m2 concrete and raise or add an inspection point for sewer as it was covered by previous owner with pergola concreting.
Part of this quote also includes a new toilet and jetting stormwater and the sewer itself.
Just looking for a sense check and if it's a reasonable price or not as I haven't had to call a plumber for a while. Cheers!
