I had one payment that was late and due yesterday, I paid it off today and several other future payments off and they’re telling me I have too many orders open and that I can only have one order open at a time? So I need to pay off everything until I can use my balance? That’s ridiculous

I am an employee under the DHS umbrella and let’s just say the last year has been very horrible for me mental health wise with no end in sight. My doctor is suggesting that I go on short term disability and do an outpatient program for 6 weeks.. I don’t even know how I would go about this, I’m finishing my FMLA forms for other reasons as I was put on restricted leave for a year because my supervisor from hell wanted to make sure I was having an even worse time. Any advice would be appreciated ❤️
