AfterPay declining purchases. HELP

New to afterpay, I tried to purchases an item that is $25 and the website has Afterpay as a check out option, when I try to use afterpay it says it cannot be approved, I have a $500 limit, I have tried $5, $10, and $25 and get denied, even linked my checking account and still denied it. Support says my payment details are invalid which makes no sense as it let me link my debit and bank account. Address is correct. I dont know what to do

EDIT!!! This issue is afterpay support is saying my exactly this "Invalid payment details provided" I have my debit card linked, My checking account linked, my address is correct etc.

Wanting to book flights using Afterpay

Hey there. I'm looking to book some flights from JFK to London, and I was wondering if there's a service out there that will let me book flights but use Afterpay to split the cost up a bit? Does anyone have any recommendations?

Afterpay no longer works either eBay?

Was trying to make a small purchase with Afterpay and kept receiving the payment declined error. Ended up reaching out to Afterpay Support and was told that eBay currently doesn’t accept Afterpay. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Increase.. how high have you seen?

I was stuck at $2000 for the longest time, a month or so ago it went to $2500 and yesterday I got bumped up to $4000. I’ve never seen mine jump so high so quick! I’ll need use 4k but just out of curiosity what’s the highest limit you’ve seen?

Insufficient balance ? pls help

hey guys so i'm trying to use afterpay on ebay , it says i have 600$ "available to use" on afterpay which I have used before on a 270$ order from target but im really confused because it says I have insufficient funds when i try to pay it lets me make the one time card for ebay but when i try to pay it with the afterpay card it says insufficient funds my bank account literally has enough funds for it , i don't know if you guys experienced this but if you can give me advice it would mean a lot as i'm trying to buy these for someone's birthday gift , the total cost was 336$ and i put 338$ for estimated price and i have 500$ in my bank account and first time payment is only 85$ , why does it say insufficient?

Tabby card payment overdue

i know i shouldn't be overspent. please don't scold/blame me for what happened. please just give advice. i have tabby card due payment 4500 aed. i can't pay full payment now because of the economy situation. but i am planning to pay 500aed every month.i want to know they will charge an interest rate over time and they will do court for it or what will be the consequences?

i can’t make a payment on my installment plan. please help.

hey guys, i have an installment plan on mu account due to loosing my job especially not being able to find a job yet. i haven’t had an issue until today, i’ve paid off months in advanced and today is the day i have trouble smh.

my payment was due yesterday and everytime i try to add a new card it doesn’t let me, idk if it wants me to use a card i have in the system but i can’t because i have none of them anymore, i have a new card.

I’ve opened a chat and emailed them 5 hours ago and no response. im desperate because i don’t want to loose my account, i need help. idk what to do.

Amazon order cancellation... where will fund be returned to?

So I bought a pair of shoes on Amazon using Afterpay, have had no issues with Amazon at all but, for some reason those shoes would arrive later than expected so I just canceled the order (got a $20 gift card from them lol). They said the funds will go to the card I used, will they go to the single card use from Afterpay or will they go straight my bank?

Amazon keeps declining card?

amazon keeps declining my card due to insufficient funds but I did the card for more than enough if my cart total is 463.36 after tax and shipping how much should the single use card be set for? the answer is obviously not 480 lol

Afterpay $30 referral promo didn’t work

Hi, I have recently referred my fried to Afterpay and we both got $30 off of our next purchase provided it’s over $50 single transaction.

Since then my friend has made 2 purchases each over $50 on Amazon, and the promo didn’t apply.

What went wrong? How does it work?

Amazon Help

So, I'm new to Afterpay. When I try to enter the purchase amount and click confirm it tells me my order couldn't be approved. I'd like to add that my spending amount is more than what I have in my Amazon Cart. What am I doing wrong??
