Those on Lowering Springs: How Often Do You Scrape?

Basically the title. I live in Portland. Since August 6th I've had a 2019 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport, which I am in the process of trading back for a 2023 Genesis G70 Sport Prestige. When I got the Q60, the inspection found damage to the compressor wheels of both turbos. My friend with a Stinger convinced me to get a G70, which I will be taking delivery of on the 17th.

I really like how these cars look on springs. They look good stock too and wouldn't mind keeping it that way either, but I do prefer the look of springs. My issue is, a lot of the roads around here, especially in downtown Portland, are terrible. The Q60 and the G70 have the exact same ground clearance. I took my Q60 downtown yesterday and on those horrible roads I didn't scrape once, BUT I feel like I would've if I was on springs, I'm just not certain.

To those of you who are on lowering springs (and preferably those who live in areas with not the best roads), how often are you scraping on things (actual
important parts like the undershroud below the oil pan/the underbody, not the front bumper)?

UPDATE on bought modded Q60

Yesterday I posted on this sub in regards to a 2019 Q60 Red Sport I had bought from Carvana. I had the inspection done today. There is another video but it only allows me to upload one and I guess i'm an idiot when it comes to editing on iMovie. The dealership is saying I have damage to the turbos from debris that somehow made its way in there. They're recommending replacement. If anyone is really wanting to help, I'll send them the other video.

Do these turbos actually look bad? I'll be returning the car if they do. I don't want to have to spend $7k on turbos (incl. labor) in a couple of months. Thanks in advance. The rest of the PPI was great.

Just purchased Q60 Red Sport and found out it was modified

Hey guys,

I just bought a 2019 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport with 58k miles from Carvana. I took delivery today, and immediately noticed HKS SSQV BOVs underneath the hood. Outside of that, everything is stock. I have a 7 day window to return the car no questions asked. Maintenance was done on time.

Obviously, most people will not just install BOVs and call it a day. My assumption is that it had basic bolt-ons that the previous owner removed before selling it to Carvana. The car idles and drives perfectly as is. I am taking it to Infiniti tomorrow for an inspection. If they aren't in-depth enough, I will also take it to a nearby performance shop for a more thorough inspection.

My question is: how unreliable are tuned Q60s? Should I be worried about owning a previously modified one if the inspection checks out? I highly doubt this was a full effort, flex fuel, high HP car. This is assuming just the basics were done.

I understand there are more variables at play than I can put here, but I'm just looking for a general idea of what I'm looking at. I want this car to be a reliable, fun daily. Thank you in advance.
