Best way to address wood rot under weatherhead

The main power line to out home - the weatherhead is 'live" (been there for 40+ years). But the connection through the roof has rotted and will need to re built as part of a new roofing job. So far roofers have said (correctly) that they cannot touch the weatherhead itself - I need a licensed electrician. But the electricians say they cannot work on the weatherhead until the roof has been replaced/rot under the weather head fixed. They say the weatherhead is in good condition - it is the roof root that needs to be addressed

What is the best order for this repair?

  1. Electrical company shuts off power and disconnects main power lines to weatherhead??

  2. Electrician removes weatherhead

  3. Roofer repairs roof

  4. Electrician replaces weatherhead

  5. Electrical company reattaches the power lines

I called the power copay and they said they could not advise me on the proper workflow - and that they had no 'process' for detaching the power lines from the owner's side (only will detach upon requests that they generate to fix power lines)

Looking for roofer also willing to repair dry rot/patio

Small home, with a tiny porch that is part of the roof job. The patio may need to be completely replaced. Some of the rafter tails and fascia may also have dry rot and we will need new gutters. We have a few bids but few seem interested in tackling the dry rot or the patio.
