Hi trailblazers! I’m currently building my Welt as I plan on pulling Himeko Nova and I understand he is a great teammate for her.

Should he be built as a sub-dps/amplifier or pure support for Himeko?

• I’m currently building him as sub-dps but since he needs atk, CR, CD, EHR and spd I’m really struggling.
• I have Silver wolf’s sig LC on him

I have two companion spirits and an E2 Welt. I saw a few comments scrolling through this thread but more opinions always welcome - is his E4 worth those spirits?

Let me first say this deeply saddens me to even consider this. I joined HSR during 3.5/3.6 and Amphoreus has been by far my favorite storyline. I fell in love with the characters and have been a Phainon main for a while now. Notably, this was my first gacha game - I didn’t really know what I was doing or about what vertical investment could do for me. I was more focused on expanding my roster than longevity, as I had no clue about power creep at the time.

Now, I’m really struggling to clear end game with him at all, as well as with my mono-remembrance and Mydei teams. While I am not free to play, I’m not a whale either, and have focused more on horizontal investment and pulling characters I like. My Ashblade and Triple DOT team are both comfortably clearing. I don’t care about 0 cycling or having the “best” character (SS+ on Fribbels is good enough for me) but do want to be able to clear and game content.

My dilemma: I love the heirs and want them to remain relevant, but the amount of investment I’d have to put in is significant, and I recognize that it may only extend their lifespan by a few more months with power creep (not trying to debate whether this is a thing or not in this post) while that same amount of investment could be used to get newer characters/teams that will last longer.

Is anyone else going through a similar dilemma? Any advice for me? I’m so torn.

Phainon E0S1 / Sunday E0S1 / Bronya E2S1 / RMC E6S5 or DHPT E0S0 (I do not have Cerydra because I’m a dummy, nor do I have Sparkle, Robin or Ruan Mei)

Castorice E0S1 / Evernight E0S0 / Cyrene E0S0 (herta LC) / Hyacine E0S1

Mydei E0S1 / RMC E6S5 / Cyrene E0S0 / Hyacine E0S1

Hysilens E1S1 / Black Swan E0S4 (eyes) / Kafka E0S5 (tutorial) / DHPT or Lingsha both E0S0 (I don’t have HuoHuo)

Ashveil E0S2 (got 2 LC in same draw) / MBlade E0S1 / RMC / Hyacine E0S0 (I don’t have Tribbie)

Saber E0S1 / Sunday / RMC / DHPT (+Gilgamesh?)

I also plan on building an Express team with Himeko Nova

From what I understand, I’d need to get Phainon and Cyrene E2, Mydei E1, possibly Castorice and Evernight E2 as well if I wanted to save those teams… that’s almost 10 5* and not including 50/50 loss.

Yes, I have too many teams. That became apparent as I typed them all out.

For those recommending pulling Cerydra, if I decide to E2 Phainon I definitely would but I fear that by the time she reruns again it could be the end of the year or even later?

So I will be pulling SP Blade for my Ashveil team but am not sure which sustain to use.

Hyacine is with my Castorice team and DHPT with either Phainon, DOT or other attack scaling team so they’re both busy.

Community’s thoughts about using Lingsha as sustain? Frequent healing and the bunny provides FUA.

I also have Loucha. Gallagher is not built. I do not have HuoHuo but am considering her, but I have built several new characters recently, and resources are slim 😅
