In Season 8, Episode 13 ("Sliding Frasiers"), Daphne Moon prepares a complicated romantic Valentine's Day dinner for Niles.

Daphne points out the recipe calls for "lots of" cumin.Horrified, Frasier recalls that Niles is terribly allergic to cumin, which is what ultimately caused Niles to break out in an uncomfortable rash in that timeline.

However in season 6, episode 13 (the show where woody shows up) Frasier and Niles are seated at Dos Burros, (a Mexican restaurant)

What would Niles be doing at a mexican restaurant when he is "terribly allergic to cumin"?

Don't dig too deep into this, as I said in the title- it's just a silly observation.
