Time for a reminder

There has been an uptick over the past week or so with ridiculous posts that have nothing to do with hospital social work. I am getting very strict about this and have decided to ban people who continually try to post and get around this rule. The overall whole point of this sub is for a place for hospital social workers to come and seek support.

This also includes posts looking for us to do your homework, try out your new app and overall help with medical advice or discharge planning for your loved one. This rule still stands even if you claim to be a social worker in another part of the field.

Have a good rest of the week all!

Haven’t been to class in 3 days…

and this feels like a lifetime.

My body also feels really achey and sore.

I’ve had to miss class due to some personal commitments and there was no class on the schedule last night (I would normally go to a Friday night class).

I’m so looking forward to going back this morning.

I’ve even passed on a group hike I was invited to tomorrow too because I want to get back to class 😂.

Anyone else feel this if you miss a few days at the studio?

I did go to a friend’s strength training class in lieu of yoga this week too and enjoyed it but told them I cannot commit every week because yoga is my thing 🤣.
