Butte County California. Larger spider looks to be female argiope aurantia, but what is the smaller spider? Is it a male or something hunting the female (maybe something from pholcidae)?
Either way, they made a tasty snack. This came up on Nextdoor, and i don't have any better pictures.
Hello, buying a home with a well soon and had some general questions. The well is old, somewhat shallow (\~60ft), and produces between 10-15gpm. It has a bladder, but i was wondering about adding additional water storage. We live in a fire-prone area and I'd like to have enough water to potentially have outdoor fire sprinklers.
Is there any downside to adding additional water storage? And how much would i need to realistically operate roof sprinklers?
