Just over 24 hours after picking up my demo 2022 Air GT
Really impressed. It's a used demo, so I expect blemishes, scratches, etc. However the exterior is really clean, nearly flawless, and the only obvious wear (scratches and "lack of care") is in the center console around the phone charging pad and the USB outlets, as well as some light scratching on the lower display panel when the sun hits it. I'll have to look into options for polishing that, if such a thing is possible.
After the service tech walked through the controls, helped install our phones as keys, setup Carplay, initial settings for everything else, it's been great. I have to get used to it "waking up" as I approach and not having to lock it when I walk away.
Driven to/from work, and around town. So far it always connects to CarPlay when I get in and everything has worked. It's in far better shape than I expected, and although its early days (just over 24 hours?) I'm impressed.
The iPhone app works great as well, though I think its odd that if click on "Service History", nothing comes up. Sure, it was a demo, but was it NEVER serviced in its initial 21k miles? Perhaps that app only displays the service history during my tenure as the owner.
Next: a long drive tomorrow to find out what kind of range I get on my typical "visit family" commute.
After that: Schedule the chip upgrade!
