In need of company for today or tomorrow

Hello everyone,

I'm a 22 year old dude from France, who's going through some stuff right now. I leave tomorrow. If anybody is willing to lend me some company for this afternoon or tonight, or maybe tomorrow morning, to walk around, grab some drinks, chat, maybe become friends, maybe get hammered, then i'd be very thankful !

Also, I speak fluent english and russian, if that can help !

Why is abortion a sin and murder and killing actual living babies is not?

Hello there, I am asking this question on behalf of my girlfriend (her posts keep getting deleted for some reason). I've debated this topic with her a few times, but I couldn't provide her satisfying answers, so I'd love it if you could help me.

Her question is the following:

What I really don’t understand about Christian morality is why we hold God to an entire different standard to people? God is supposed to be the highest form of morality and human is inherently flawed which is not even our fault. So why when we abort a clump of cells that doesn’t have consciousness yet, a heart, can’t feel anything we are committing murder? But when God commands genocide and kills actual living babies who are innocent he has every right to? Usually Christians say that God has all power to take away life if he gave it to us, but can he? How is that different from a woman who carries the baby sacrificing her body and health? Is she not a creator? Another one that is brought up is the fact that God can foresee the future and knows that a child would not be a good person, so that means we don’t have free choice? Or is it just a guess based on the facts — like if their parents were assholes the child would be too? How is that different from when we know a child will suffer because it has a condition or their parents are unfit to be parents and would give the child trauma?

Thank you in advance for your answers !
