Hello 👋 I'm looking for some help. I am an Irish citizen living in Belarus. I have a Belarussian permanent residence permit. Recently the law changed and that means I can travel to Russia with this permit.
My question is can I leave Russian (Moscow) by plane (to China) and back through Moscow. Obviously I'll have my Irish passport with me too.

My question is can I travel from Moscow to China with this? Not the China part of course that is different. I mean can I leave from Russia and come back in to Russia with this?

Hello everyone, I need some advice. I have a choice, Beijing at the start of August or at the start of November. Ideally it would be August because it's summer but so many personal things are in the way that it makes it difficult. I can go in November but I'm worried it won't be as good because of the weather.
Anyone have any experience with Beijing in Oct/Nov?
