Can astigmatism axis shift a lot?

In the last three years, I've had five eye exams. For the first four, the axis for the right eye was either 35 or 43. The prescription given to me last week gave an axis figure of 180. Is this plausible or should I ask for a repeat eye check?

What are Zeiss AdaptiveSun polarised like?

I've received some useful advice on this subreddit, and I've been searching a bit on the internet. I am rather sensitive to bright light and to glare, so I am looking for the best glasses for driving and just wearing outside. The Zeiss AdaptiveSun polarised, possible in green, seem to be the best ones I've come across. I gather they range from 60% light absorption to more than 90% and that the green tint enhances contrast. Looks good on paper.

Does anyone have any experience with these please?

Driving while wearing Oakley Turbine Prizm?

I am rather sensitive to bright light and glare so I am considering buying a pair of Turbine Prizms. They would enclose my eyes more than normal sunglasses. I wonder in how far that would affect my peripheral vision. The temples of the glasses are quite wide but the lenses curve quite a bit so I assume that, up to a point, when I'm looking sideways I would still be looking through the lenses rather that at the frame or the temples.

Here's a link: https://www.oakley.com/en-gb/product/W0OO9263?variant=888392280046

I'd be grateful for any advice from anyone who has worn these or similar Oakleys.

Can Zeiss Photofusion lenses also be polarising?

I am thinking of getting a new pair of glasses. At present, my glasses have Nikon lenses which go darker outside, and also become somewhat polarising. My understanding is that light makes them go dark, so this also happens to some extent in the car, and that UV makes them polarising. I am sensitive to bright light and to glare so this works quite well.

I wonder if getting Zeiss Clearmind Photofusion lenses would be an improvement. My optician said they can also be polarising, though I don't see this on the Zeiss website. Does anyone have Zeiss Photofusion lenses that polarise? If so, what do think of them?

I am a bit unsure about coatings; is Duravison Gold noticeably better than cheaper Zeiss coatings?

I'd be grateful for any advice.
