Sleeved in Jan 2022, I originally lost 110lbs, from 265 to 155. I regained 50lbs slowly (new relationship, sluggish metabolism due to inconsistent meals and also genetics ) and then really took control after consulting with my doctor and have been on compounded tirz (because f insurance) since October 2025. Now down to 132. A total of 133 lbs! I have lost exactly another me. So happy for this medication and helping my body do what it’s supposed to do!

My work (restaurant manager) has an awesome social media team. Last year they caught me on the hottest day and looking less than flattering. This picture was my reality check. After losing 110lbs thanks to gastric sleeve, I regained 50. I thought I still looked “pretty good”. Woof. This is this years catch.
