im 18 and trying to move out of my parents house, i have a 1 year old and im moving out because its an unfit environment. i have no idea how to do any of it, firstly how do i get the house in the first place. do i have to go inspect it and then they just explain to me? and how do i pay rent and everything do they explain it all to me when i get the house i just don’t understand.
