I have 11 years SATS verified. I'm gonna get my study certificate signed by B.E.O soon from my old school.. the question is what "verified by college" means

My college never told ppl with stats verified to visit so I didn't care

But now they are telling yo go banglore and get signed from big officers because verified by college is not showing..
