Hello Guys,
I recently got my first Tier X cruiser, the Hindenburg and also having grinded the Montana, I want to get into DDs, which Tech tree line is the best for me? I am a new/returning player

I really like the Mainz/Cross of Dorn (already got many E) and its HE spam, so maybe something with good fast guns?
But I also want to try decent or spammy torpedoes (probably will go Jäger for next coal ship)

So I am looking for the best Tier VII-X Destroyer Lines, I won´t complain about Tier I-VI being rubbish, I don´t mind a shitty grind through the lower tiers.

Also, Ill be receiving my birthday bonus soon, what are the best premium DDs out there?
