My partner has just requested a self-referral to the Money Matters service, but they were only able to tell her that they had no appointments currently and were unable to give an estimate of timescale on the waiting list, so she has no idea if the wait time is likely to be days, weeks or months (or years).

Has anybody else had a recent referral to this service who might be able to advise on roughly how long the wait time might be?
