Was walking through 125th last night, the stores were closed and hardly anyone was around. MANY of those retailers are in one-story buildings, can’t they build apartments above them?

As much as the city needs housing adjacent to prime subway lines…I would think this is a win. Why don’t they build upward to get more housing on 125th??

GYN has women over 30 get a pap smear every 3 years, but what if someone is taking HRT like estrogen, shouldn’t that be done every year to check the uterus lining

I walk almost everywhere in the city and noticed cars running red lights is still out of hand. I visited much smaller cities with way more red light cameras, why isn’t this happening in NYC?

I’m also surprised because at the frequency these cars run red lights the city can make an absolute fortune out of tickets.
