2019 27" iMac converted to 5k Mac Mini Monitor

I bought my wife a 2026 iMac M4 so her 2019 iMac was just sitting there. I had added a 2024 Mac Mini M4 Pro but had no monitor for it so I did some research, bought the StoneTaskin R1820 display board and ripped out the guts. Now I have a True 5k monitor for my Mac Mini and instead of doing the hassle of applying the strips to put the LCD back on, I used black painters tape to enable opening it up later if I need to. I also creaded this holder for the control board in Fusion 360 and printed it on my BambuLab X1C 3d printer. You can see the control panel below the apple logo. If you want any information about doing this mode to an inexpensive 27" iMac you might have or pick up, just let me know.

Powerall imports from the Grid 20 mins too early! DEMAND CHARGE!

Yesterday, Aug 5, 2026 my NetZero App automation to Self Power fired off normally at 1:45pm since Peak here in Mesa, AZ and SRP starts at 2pm. I was surprised when I check NetZero later in the evening before bed and saw that grid importing started at 7:40pm instead of 8:10 pm. There's no indication in the Tesla App or NetZero about why. I have a Powerwall 3 and 2 expansion packs so I had plenty of battery left, over 50%.

Any Ideas or is it just One of those things that happens. I've since setup a Go Off Grid and Go On Grid to try and make sure I don't get hit with another DEMAND CHARGE from SRP. You can see below that the powerwall just stopped discharging around 7:40PM.
