How to achieve this shape of pain suisse / cross-laminated pastry?

I've seen quite a few bakeries now making this triangular shape of pain suisse / cross-laminated pastry (example photos are from Lune in Australia) but my iffy spatial intelligence means I'm struggling to understand how I would cut a cross-laminated dough to achieve this shape. This would really suit an idea I have for next month's special!! Any tips?

Experiences of crisis assessment service in London

Hi, long story short, I'm in the worst crisis of my life. I'm on the never ending waiting list under my community mental health team and my pleas for help are getting me nowhere. Over the weekend a member of the team suggested I could present myself to the mental health crisis assessment service at Highgate, which they described as being like a&e but only for mental health. There isn't much information about this service and I am scared to go there as I don't know what will happen. I don't want to end up being admitted to a hospital as I have hospital-related trauma and I'm sure this will only make me feel worse. Does anybody have any experience of presenting to this service at Highgate or a similar service elsewhere?

Thank you
