I’ve seen debates over who is or isn’t too big to headline Lollapalooza. Just so I can temper my expectations for 2027, who do we think is off the table strictly because they are just too big? Obviously, Taylor Swift. Bad Bunny? Olivia Rodrigo? Ariana Grande? Lady Gaga? Beyonce? BTS? Who else?
I have tickets to the Saturday Aftershow. I have never been to Garcia's, but it appears to be a little over one mile from the Bud Light stage. How safe is it to walk from Grant Park after the festival ends on Saturday? I know there are trains, but would it take longer to wait for an open train.
I was checking the dates from prior years to see when the daily set times might be announced. Over the last four years, the daily set lists have always been announced on a Thursday (May 15th, May 23rd, May 18th and May 19th). If that holds true again this year, the announcement will be either May 14th or May 21st. Over the past four years, the initial Aftershow list has been announced at some point in the last four days of May, with presale tickets for Aftershows going on sale one to four days later.
