With heavy heart I'm selling my smart 450 brabus. It was fun, but I think the starter motor is seized and I can afford it complete the work needed to get it working. I've also been stumped by the steering wheel clock.

Hi everyone, My smart brabus 451 has been sat for quite a long time and I'm trying to get out going. When I turn the ignition there is a buzzing from the engine bay, then when I try to start the car nothing engages, the starter motor doesn't even try, but there is a pump working in the engine bay.
Any and all suggestions gratefully received
