​Hi everyone, ​I am facing a recurring issue with my Vi (Vodafone Idea) connection and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows a workaround. ​My previous recharge ended, and my recent plan is already active. It has been 3 days out of the 28-day validity, but the Vi Care automated system is showing "Hero Pack: 0 KB out of 300 GB" and my data is completely blocked/not working. (Attaching the screenshot 1000427866.jpg for reference). ​This exact same issue happened to me with the same plan previously. At that time, I recharged at the start of the month, but my data automatically started working only after half the month had already passed. It seems like a massive backend data provisioning glitch on Vi's part where they activate calling but fail to provision the bulk data pool. ​Has anyone successfully got this resolved by their backend team without waiting for weeks? I don't want to suffer for 15 days again. ​Any advice on how to reach a human customer executive who actually understands this technical glitch would be highly appreciated. ​Thanks!

Quick question about Vi "Just for You" Special Offers and offline recharges

​Hey everyone, ​I don't use online payment apps like PhonePe, Paytm, or GPay, so I always get my phone recharged from local mobile stores. ​I recently logged into my Vi app and saw a special "Just for You" upgraded offer on my number for a ₹325 pack (sharing the screenshot 1000425643.png below). It gives me a great deal with Unlimited Data for 28 days. However, when I logged into my nani's (grandmother's) account, this specific offer wasn't visible there. ​I have two quick questions: ​Will I still get these exact "Special Offer" benefits if I get the recharge done through a local store retailer instead of paying online through the app? Do I need to tell the shopkeeper to select it from a specific "Special Offers/Smart Connect" tab so it triggers the deal? ​Is it normal for these offers to be completely different or missing on other family members' numbers?
