PH 🇵🇭 EB3. Is the queue getting heavier? A look at available data

I tried to look at the available USCIS I-140 receipt data for Regular EB-3 (E31 Skilled Workers + E32 Professionals) and compare the filing volume by quarter from late 2023 through 2024.
This is not an official analysis or projection. It is simply my own interpretation of the available data and may or may not be correct, so please take it as a point for discussion rather than a prediction of future Visa Bulletin movement.
The figures are presented per quarter and are not cumulative or stacked. Still, the pattern may give us another perspective on how the Philippine EB-3 queue developed during this period.
