Why don't I see 2 golden jokers?

I earned 2 golden jokers today, only a few minutes apart from one another, but it shows as one. Has anyone experienced this? I'm hoping it's simply hiding behind this one.

Question about Main tier

Apologies if this is a stupid question but the new tiers have my head spinning. I do a lot of short hops to Florida so all I care about is an overhead for my carry on and to be able to choose my seat. I'm new to Mosaic this year and always chose Blue. I think Main is the closest to that and I want to be sure I will still board early, even if not first.

I'm also unclear as to how refunds will be handled for Main. Main Flex clearly states refund goes back to original method. Will refunds for Main go to Travel Bank?

Sky catch chest worth it?

The xl card pack was a big disappointment. Only ONE new card and it was for set #17 which i never finish. Is it worth it to try for the chest or should i just work on tomorrow's orders? The cards lately have been worse than ever. I'm not even getting gold cards to finish lower level sets.
