My DCC x Kacey collab shirt came in today with a hole in it 😒 I have already sent an email but still frustrating to say the least

I just received my haul from the sale and tried on my Airlift leggings. They fit great except on both pairs the left leg has what seems like excess fabric near the leg seam? Is this normal? Or should I exchange both pairs in hope these are just defective?
