Broadband - virgin gone back on a new contract they offered.
I was going to leave Virgin media and move to EE as they offered a better deal. Virgin called me and offered me an even better offer to stay. I have an email from them with a contract pdf stating these terms.
Checked my bill this month and they are charging disconnection fees and other things making my bill over £400. The email contract offer stated my bill would be only £14.15 this month, then £25 per month going forward.
Tried sorting this through web chat and they are telling me I signed up for a new contract offer and the original one was never implemented.
I recall this, but they told me they were going to put it at £33 a month and then give me credits to lower it down to £25 per month. Now they are denying that.
The complaints procedure is useless. Anyone have any advice how I can raise this at a higher level?
