So, I recently developed a crush on a guy who’s a public figure, and my friend knows him, so there was a real chance that I could be with him. But the problem is that the lyrics of his old songs are really misogynistic and disgusting. Even my friend tried to warn me about this, but he went about it in a very wrong way. He pretended that he had met this guy and that the guy had started making derogatory comments about my picture, which never actually happened. So yeah, that whole thing has genuinely given me trust issues.
But despite all of this, I still want to be with this guy. So, genuinely, what should I do?
