I’ve been taking tirzepatide for 7 weeks now and have only lost 6 pounds 😕 I was at 2.5mg for about 3-4 weeks and then went up to 3.5mg and then 5mg. Not budging. I am 5’4” and 184 currently. Have plenty to lose… suggestions?
I have been taking glow at night for about a month or so now. It started taking sermorelin at night as well and I am having excessively restless nights. Can’t get comfortable,
Toss and turn and just awful sleep. I’m trying to fight through it in the hopes my body will adjust and I’ll start getting the sleep benefits everyone else sees…anyone else had this happen?
