What is your favorite headset/wearable for navigating outside paired with a phone while being aware of your surroundings?

I'm on the hunt for a new headset, as my old AirPods are on the way to a slow death.

Ideally I'd love something like the Bose Frames, a bone conduction headset or the Sony link buds, but figured I'd get some input from the community.
