Reasonable accommodation

I recently had major surgery. I return to work next month. I was wondering how likely it will be to get a reasonable accommodation to telework for 1-2 months as I am having a lot pain from another injury/chronic pain issue.
I’ve never done a RA before so I will also need to figure out the whole process or steps.

Ticking noise in closet near light switch

This morning we noticed ticking sound in the main closet. The main closet is in the main bathroom. No one was showering but the toliet was flushed may be 10 minutes before the sound was noticed. It first sound like water dropping. The sound got more rapid and then stopped. The light is in closet is 2 fluorescent bulbs. One bulb was been burned out for some time. But the closet light was off. When light was turned on while ticking sound was occurring the light flickered some. Also on this wall is the reset switch to the jetted bath tub Attached is the sound
