My question is .. in my birth numbers they are all there except 3 & 8.

Say someone is born. 22 /8/1999

They have 1 2 4 8 9. Missing. 3 5 6 7

how's my math ..

What are the affects on this part of a chart.. and should you be looking for missing numbers in your partner for relationships .

Is this even a thing?
