Trimming my portfolio

I’m a beginner investor and currently have 21 holdings in my portfolio. Over time, I’ve ended up buying small quantities of many different stocks, and now I feel the portfolio has become a bit too diversified.

Around 80% of my holdings are in profit, and I’d like to consolidate my portfolio into fewer, stronger positions. However, I’m not sure what the best approach would be. Horizon is medium to long term 3-5 years with max returns

How would you go about consolidating a portfolio like this? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Which in your opinion is the best ETF if one wants a better ROI in the long term investment horizon. Is it MIIETF? Or some other

The objective is better returns over a long time period (10-15 yrs)
