Taking bets
I need one more shell to finish the order. How many gold nuggets do you think I will get first? (In case this is a slow rollout or test group, I am now getting gold nuggets with shells.)

Pictures from the last week or so. He's on the verge of exiting the pointy tailed club!
I tried to post these yesterday and ran afoul of the 25 hour rule. I added a few as a bonus.
Kibou is about 3 weeks old.
I was going to add these in a comment to the vid, but I couldn't.
We've started to TNR the huge population of ferals in our neighborhood. We put the crate out now and again so they aren't overly suspicious of traps,
The cat curled up in the back was partly Siamese. We noticed he wasn't feeling well a few days ago, URI by the look of it.
Within a day or two, he was passing. He was lying in a comfortable spot and he stopped moving. I thought that he had passed. It was a day that I was in and out of the house. When I came back he had moved and wasn't moving well, so I planned to finish the last of my tasks and get him to the vet for euthanasia if nothing could be done.
When I came back, he was gone and we haven't seen him since. I wish we could have at least buried him. For all that he was terrified of humans, he was very sweet and helped watch the kittens. You can see mama and baby in the foreground of this picture, they often slept with him.
Edit: Corrected typo to show URI, upper respiratory infection. I was so tired I didn't even spot it right away.
I didn't want to get too close, but what a spot to pick!
What brand has a stainless steel teakettle that doesn't rust? My Chantal kettle has rust spots and when I went to the web site, I discovered they recommend you "don't store water in it"
This is ridiculous. You don't leave an empty tea kettle on the stove, this is safety 101. I have never in my life had teakettles rust until the last five years, and I have ALWAYS left water in them. Who still makes quality teakettles?
