There are two flags I made for gastritis and for other chronic conditions, gastrointestinal cancers and eating disorders.
First flag is based on periwinkle ribbon symbolizing hope, awareness and support.
Second flag isn't based on something specific, but still can be used if you like it.

This flag is for people whose sexual orientation is Julietian (Women-Loving-Men, including straight, bisexual, pansexual, etc.) and who are under the Trans umbrella (transgender, transfeminine, etc.)
I did not find any flags for Congenital Heart Disease so I made one myself. It is based on CHD awareness ribbon which is red and blue.
