has anyone talked about jack antonoff and the new single

I was one of the mass exodus of swifties after showgirl. I was a casual fan who didn't like her last few albums but still considered her a good songwriter. showgirl really shattered that image for me. showgirl was so bad it retroactively made her previous work look bad now. so i have been eager to see what she would release after showgirl.

does anyone have thoughts over jack antonoff working with her on the single?? and that she didn't write this herself after the disaster of showgirl. I know she and jack have been on better terms recently, but this makes me wonder a lot what is going on between them.

I think it makes sense jack antonoff is on the song because it sounds much better than showgirl. it's not good or great, but good enough for a 5th sequel of a kids movie lol and it's not distractingly bad songwriting the way showgirl is. i personally really like the instruments in the background, but just cuz i like a good banjo and harmonica. it's just proof she can't write a solid song without jack antonoff (or aaron dressner)

eta: he also recorded several of the instruments on the song, so i think they did actually work together on the song recently

kesha was awesome as expected

last night was awesome! the venue seemed like 90% sold out which was great to see. she did refer to this tour as the “biggest tour of her life” which surprised me. her voice is crazy. amazing way to start pride!!!

a lot of people were wearing warrior-era kesha shirts with blue streaks in their hair. also a lot of 2002 era club wear and fishnets with denim shorts. some people went really big, i saw someone wearing giant angel wings. lots of different people came out!! it was an awesome crowd.
