Honestly, I think that if Phil Lord and Christopher Miller don't direct the Flash movie for the DC Extended Universe, a perfect director would be Edgar Wright. I think Wright's style would be a great fit for Flash—a movie with fast-paced editing, well-measured comedy, and spectacular action. I can even imagine Lord and Miller writing the script and Wright directing; it would be good.
