I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at JY Living for next year.

💷 £177/week
📅 44-week contract (can be shortened with 2 months’ notice)
Term date: 15/9/26 - 20/7/2027

The house is about a 15-minute walk to the University of Warwick and only 5 minutes from Tesco, so it’s really convenient for both campus and groceries.

There’s a large outdoor yard/garden area, and you’ll be living with 7 other male students. The house also has two shared kitchens (one on each floor), which helps keep things less crowded.
