Hey everybody,
I hope you’re doing great.
I had an exam yesterday, and in the middle of taking it and was almost done, I lost connection for a couple of mins and got disconnected. When I connected to a proctor again, the ACCA examiner app was not working, and I was not able to continue. The proctor said that ACCA would follow up with me but no update yet. Now I was able to reschedule the exam for another dater, but i wanna make sure everything is still in place, and that I can take the test without any issues. I am sorry for the long text. Does anyone of you know how to open a case? I tried a lot but was not able to open a case. I would really appreciate your assitance.
