Makes no sense to me

Started watching Gundam Wing some a few weeks ago after remembering it as a kid. I never finished it but wanted to check it out.

I’m two episodes from the end and maybe it’s just me but the story makes no sense to me. I have listed the events chronologically below:-
- The Gundams were sent to defeat OZ to liberate the colonies.
- OZ take takes over the alliance, fair enough they are the bad guys
-OZ is obtaining support in space and helping the colonies against the alliance
-There is a split with OZ and Romerfeller. This is because Romerfeller want to use dolls and Trieze finds battle and war beautiful? He finds it to be part of the human spirit. This was when it started not making sense to me. Sure I can see that if you are fighting for liberation or freedom, but OZ are fighting for domination. Really going to atatch a moral value to fighting
- Romerfeller take over and defeat rebels aligned with Trieze.
- They bring in Relena as a symbol so they can control, she gets usurped by Trieze once You bite Fang emerge.
- The gundams don’t allign with White Fang even though they both want to fight for the colonies. In one of the recent episodes one of the pilots even says should we not fight alongside white fang? Before deciding to take him on against Epyon
- White Fang being rejected by the Gundams bring on Zechs who wants to devestate Earth so they know the horror of war and commit to pacifism? I don’t think it works that way WW2 was a result of WW1 and the defeat Germany suffered. The people became radicalised and voted for Hitler. Israeli Jews invaded Palestine with the justification they suffered atrocities in Europe. History has shown the writers of the show, that mindset doesn’t work.

Maybe I’m dumb I don’t know but the constant switching of faction enemies is throwing me off, Heero was at one point fighting on Triezes army. The White fang group only became radical when Zechs became commander. I don’t understand why the Gundams didn’t allign with White Fang.

Pre reg - Exploitative pharmacy owner

My wife is currently doing her pre reg, the owner seems very exploitative and it’s impacting her mental health. I am a bit worried for her, she is also pregnant and am concerned on the mental toll on her right now. Just hope we can get advice on how to proceed.

She is having issues with her leave, she went abroad in autumn for her cousins wedding, she took 8 days annual leave over this time.

I have listed her as experience below, any advice on how to deal with this would be appreciated. I am certain I want to go to GPHC on this, although is saying she doesn’t want to rock the boat until the work time has been signed off. I have list of all the main issues below:-

- No work contract with fixed leave was provided to my wife, I understand a contract is not a necessity but appears exploitary.

- My wife took 2 weeks leave during autumn with the understanding she could either make the time up or have further leave which is unpaid prior to her exam.

- As time has neared the pre reg exam date, he has reneged on his agreement. He previously asked her if she would accept a pharmacy role after pre reg at one of his pharmacies, she refused to commit as the pay was not up to level and she was pregnant at that time. Although he was not aware.

- The owner afterwards accepted her condition for leave of 4 weeks before her pre reg exam. With 2 weeks unpaid following her time spent abroad.

- Recently he has approached my wife with an offer for her not to work following her exam, saying she is unwell with the pregnancy and he can use the money he receives for cheaper staff. My wife refused this and he has reneged on the leave arrangement he previously agreed. He has claimed she has taken too many sick days, so far she has taken 8 days annual leave as she works 4 days a week , with longer hours and also perhaps 4 or 5 in sick leave.

 - Would also like to add he has not provided any seating for my wife, she is pregnant and has to stand 10 hours a day.

Edit: I did email the GPHC, without including any specific details on names or pharmacy name. They just referred me to statutory education body.
