Took my 2023 Bolt EV in for service when the light came on, but they couldn't find the issue that day other than it was electrical. Paid $400 for the diagnostic anyway. Been receiving these notices (pictured) for the past few years, but more and more over time.

I'll click the power button and it will completely die. No power anywhere. Open the door, close it and click power. It will make some gurgling noises and turn on with a message that reads 'Open Then Close Driver Window.' After, about half the time I'll try to change gears out of park and get 'Conditions Not Correct For Shift.' Over and over.

I just let it run for a bit, turn it off, and try again. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes, sometimes 20.

Anything to be done?
