If detachment is the ultimate goal of spirituality, then why must compassion matter ?

Compassion is more or less a biological need, u can never be detached and be loving, both r incompatible, detachment and love is equal to politeness from another stranger to another stranger where both don't care about each other

From this view psychopaths can achieve Enlightenment, from this why u can be evil but still he spirtual if u r inwardly happy, this may sound dangerous to humans but that's what spirituality points to as ultimate goal, if it weren't true then why would spirituality obsess over detachment, and gaslight u with attachment theories for the slightest care u show for ur loved ones ?

Enlightenment is not spirituality, People have equated spirituality to being rich and it sucks

Self knowledge shouldn't be restricted to meditating, and other spiritual stereotypical things, the whole point of spirituality is about self knowledge, the whole point of spirituality was about getting out of suffering, it's not supposed to be a milestone that u earn , I think people should stop considering non spiritual people inferior because enlightenment is not spirituality , enlightenment is about knowing ur connector to universe and this is not restricted to sitting in a yoga postion and closing ur eyes and doing some chakra works, enjoying life as anyway ofcourse without harming anyone wheather it be partying, or anything should be given equal value.

Why do we want to return to the source of everything, what's the use of returning to the source or the seed if the plant is something we want to transcend?

This is a genuinely weird question, but if we return t the cosmic whole ater a liberated death somehow, then how is it that we don't see the life or creation anymore ? Like where do we exactly dissolve then ?

Why does sexual arousal feels like fulfilled the moment it arises, not because someone comes and fulfills it, but because it gives me a feeling rat its existence is already fulfilled

Masculine and feminine energies.

Certain Spiritual segments talk Abt feminine and masculine energies like tantra , gita sometimes, samakhya, shaktism.

So I wanna ask is that how would u describe feminine and masculine energies in terms of spiritual view point.

For me, I am against a lots of its traditional symbolism cause it feels highly heirarchial but I wanna hear a very unique explanation or a very rare perspective on these energy differences.

What is detachment? And why is it so much hyped in spirituality?

So this is my first late night post on this sub reddit, so I always had discomfort from the word " detachment" cause I don't know it made me feel like i have to treat my loved ones like good strangers or I just not gotta have fun or enjoy a something without keeping the continual fact at mind that " I am just doing this for no reason " or " it's just a skill I don't have anything in my heart for "

So i would really like to know the opinion on concepts like " detachment" and a lots more like ...

" Indifference" " mental fog " during such situations.

Good night 🌑🌑

How would u describe a clinically proven, neurologicallly sadistic person from the view of higher consciousness

Since spirituality says there is nothing called " good " or " evil " do anyone of you believe that sadistic people r not perspectually evil if we consider from their lense?

Is it a signal of blocked heart chakra ?

How does psychological karma works for that person ?

I would really really like to know some deep level answers regarding these topics - do u believe they r doing wrong ? Do u want them to change ? Do u think humanity is more love leaned or sadism leaned ? Do u believe such tendencies can be changed? Do u believe that these tendencies r secretly good and we r just coping ?

Can spirituality be achieved without being pro suffering ?

I have noticed that in almost every phylospphy , even spritual ones r fear induced

" U will remain trapped in cycle "

" U r in ignorance "

Even lifestyle phylosophies

" Ur life is trash and u r coping with it "

People r always struggling and in some issue and every point of time, yet they always poke at other's lifestyle as inferior even though they have achieved their own version of peace from that lifestyle just like the one who is poking them

Spiritual people r happy in their lifestyle and so r non spiritual ones, but some spiritual people, not most tend to have an inferior vision on the non spiritual one's life.

Rich people r happy in their lifestyle and so r the middle class, both have struggles, depression, yet both have found peace within it, yet the rich people consider the middle class's peace a cope

And the major factor is because of HEIRARCHY, primal survival heirarchy, and SUFFERING PRONE mentality, where anything that is socially rewarded, u start piching to that, and consider ur peace depending on that.

If we did not live in a world that was constantly self insecure, and we let flow and peace as major factor, alon with sensitivity, then u wouldn't have to meditate to feel closer to god , neither would we have to consider the householder's life inferior for it

If we did not live in a world that was constantly resource survival prone, then heirarchy would exist, but still obsession wouldn't be enough that u would anxiet Abt being poor ,u would want to be rich, but it wouldn't be the primary drive.

And I am saying this cause even spirituality is fear induced, saying people " u r stuck " u have to do theseee list of things to get close and not be stuck in this big had ugly useless world isn't helping them , ITS NOT AT ALL HELPING anybody.

And history is a big proof of this

Especially spiritual and religious history, that lead to vast distortions in societies that were heavily affected by it, cause survival suffering prone mentality doesn't last long in a good GROWTH prone way

It's confusing what love actually is, some say it's only pure when it's unconditional , but how can u direct ur love to someone uncondtionally, it automatically creates a condition on their being, supremacy or any reason u r specifically directing only towards them .

Or is every kind of love unconditional without labels or restrictions?
