New RVA Arts & Culture Events Calendar
Hi, Richmond! This is Calie over at CultureWorks. I'm writing to share a new free resource to I hope the community will take advantage of!
We recently adopted a new calendar platform to be your one-stop-shop for all things arts & culture in our region. 😄
If you're perpetually looking for something to do this weekend, I encourage you to check it out here.
You can:
- Filter by event type and date (with more filter features coming soon!)
- Filter by accessibility options (closed caption, wheelchair accessible, sensory friendly performances, etc.)
- Explore our region's organizations, venues, and artists, and discover something new!
Additionally, if you are an artist, you can submit a profile listing on the artist directory.
This tool will not only allow other artists to more easily connect with peers and find collaborators, but can connect the community to an artist's work for commissions, events, etc.
You can also find or submit opportunities--think calls for artists, market vendors needed, auditions, jobs, etc.
